Quick-Easy-Thorough

First time using Turbo Tax - always filed by paper and di my own returns. Well worth the money. Will save a lot of time next year since it is all set up now. Easy to use and follow. Should have used sooner.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guided instructions and screens. Asking questions makes it easier to follow.
What's not so great: Was less certain about some lists of options but figured it out.

Best ever refund

My sister and I have been using TurboTax since we started filing. My mother has been using it since the before I was born and she is an accountant. GREAT PRODUCT

Time Saver

Filing was very smooth and easy. Broker data was transferred electronically and the data inserted into the right forms and places without me doing any thing.

The Deluxe product is far better than last year since the bloatware isn't there any longer. What did suck majorly was trying to access my Turbotax account! Never could do it!!! So, now I'm having to snail mail my state forms in because Turbotax can't seem to keep it's system up! Poor!!!

Easy Peasy

This is about the 20th year I have used TurboTax. I sailed through from scratch to filing in about an hour for a pretty standard situation. Comparison to previous year showed me I was missing a 1099, the program took me back to the proper place to enter it, and after downloading from my bank I entered data and quickly completed the return.
What's great about it: Program navigated me through quickly and thoroughly

Going through the review was easy.
Importing from my financial institution made stock stuff easy.
The State Tax was very easy after doing the Federal Tax.

Things were especially easy since I used Turbo Tax last year.
The import from last year covered everything for this year.
I just had to fill in a few numbers for this year.

Turbotax Offers an Easy guidance structure

A very smooth procedural structure that provided detailed explanations in those areas that might otherwise have appeared confusing, especially to a first-time user.
