re: Loop during the 'BACK' from the Filing portion. I had to click the Filing Tab return into finishing the Filing process.
What's great about it: reasonably straightforward, as usual
What's not so great: Going 'BACK' during the mailing caused the analysis to be repeated twiceand it appeared to be in a repeating loop.

Easy and fast to use

Using Turbo Tax takes an hour or two; the rest of the time is just a matter of collecting all materials.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some questions you have to figure out on your own

Great Product

I retired this year and had several 1099s from rollovers and pensions. I thought about a paid preparer but then decided on TurboTax. Right decision! The step by step process and explanations made the whole experience so easy! The security features are great, and I e-filed for the first time..
What's great about it: Step by step instructions,lots of explanations
What's not so great: The print in the Learn More Sections could be larger
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
