TurboTax will walk you through your taxes

Turbo Tax walks you through the your tax returns from initial personal information to the end. The interview process is dynamic, meaning it asks you if you have a list of things in a category and if you say no it jumps ahead but if you say yes it asks more questions to identify the applicable sections. The review process at the end will show you any items on your return that don't look right and give you to opportunity to correct them right then.
What's great about it: Dynamic interview process
What's not so great: Nothing

What's not so great: Couldn't get answers to some questions immediately. Also, I was unable to make changes to my Schedule C

Super Simple, Easy to Understand

TurboTax is super easy, convenient and easy to understand. I've been using it for 6 years and I wish I would have started using it sooner.
I used to use a CPA to do my taxes and I have come to realize that Turbo Tax asks me the same questions as my CPA used to ask me.
Using TurboTax is a much better investment of my time and money.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks you all the same questions a CPA would ask you, and it explains terms in laymen's terms.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
