This is the 5th year I'm using Turbo Tax. I use to have to schedule an appointment with an Accountant and go to his office.
Turbo Tax lets me do it at my pace and schedule. It's easy and remembers all the information from previous year.
What's great about it: very simplle to use and convenient
What's not so great: none

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Some extra steps if you want to go back to review or enter information from a previous step.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for several years. I like the entire roadmap, and the popup explanations about things that at look like they might apply to me - or that I might simply need to know. I have used the chat/ask the experts feature in past years, it is great to be able to get advice about my situation. I also like the rolling calculator at the top that shows me which things affect or don't affect my refund. I trust the calculations, and the ability to do taxes at my convenience...
What's great about it: Simple, clear, thorough
What's not so great: Lots of things that don't apply - but that's taxes...

What's great about it: All I needed to worry about was my data - no forms, etc.
What's not so great: lots of problems for me printing, until I dicovered my Adobe progam was no longer in existence.

Update and State Download issues
on February 28, 2016

Had great difficulty with getting auto-downloads to work on my new Toshiba Windows 10 computer. This included software updates and the State package download. Tried the Q/A part of Intuit website, and there were many suggestions. Most did not work for my situation. Eventually found one regarding using "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer" to enable the download. With the reboot, this one worked promptly. Love using Turbo Tax. Hope this gets fixed for 2016 taxes.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax Deluxe 2015 auto-download appears to be incompatible with Windows 10

Best software to date

I have used Turbo Tax for years after trying on my own and other software. I have used both Basic and Deluxe, as life changes have happened. I mostly like the software as it is easy to use and leads you through the appropriate questions.
Minor Issues - I don't like that the Yes/No/None of the Above type questions do NOT remember your last answer when you go back to review/edit prior work (eg do you have a foreign bank account). I don't like that the Continue button is at the lower right corner, when it could be much closer to your work. I don't like that as you go through the Income/Expense sections, it keeps returning you to the top of the screen, when you are really on step 7 or 10 and you have to keep scrolling down to the bottom. It should remember which steps you have completed and lead you to the next one.
Major Issue - And I really don't like that when reviewing and you click on the actual number you've entered, it usually just gives you a final number without showing how the number was calculated eg it just says medical expenses $xxxx It should show the breakout amount for doctors, Rx, lab work AND (this is CRITICAL) the credit for the Affordable Health Care Premium credit. It took me forever to figure out why I such a large number in the thousands when I had only entered a couple hundred $ of out of pocket medical expenses. I do think you should also explain this tax credit on screen since it's new, "rather than just saying "This will put a big dent in your tax owed" or some such. I had to search the community forum for quite awhile, without finding an answer to this question and finally someone suggested to view the forms and it was instantly clear. But too many people don't know to look for the forms to see where the numbers come from.
What's great about it: Easy to answer the questions
What's not so great: Awkward scrolling
Pros: I bought or sold investments
