I have XP but I do not think that was the problem with lock up on my computer. It took 90 minutes to input, but almost 2 hours to get a copy printed, paid for, and then filed.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use
What's not so great: Locked up my computer 4 times

State Return Needs Work

Completing the federal return was easy and logical. Completing my state return, however, seem problematic. It would seem more work with clearer direction would have been helpful.

I believe the cost is fair and far less than going to a tax consultant.
What's great about it: it covers it all and anwsers all my questions.
What's not so great: it takes awhile to initially load.

I have always paper filled by getting forms from the Library so i very well enjoyed this easy go experience on here! And i plan on using this again next year!

Really Easy Return!

This year the process of preparing was much easier, it was more stream-lined than last year. I was finished within 90 minutes! Didn't get a refund, but I appreciate how easy it is to use. I'll definitely use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
