Federal and CT returns

I have been using TurboTax for at least five years now and I will keep on using it.
What's great about it: Mostly holds you by the hand going through the process.
What's not so great: I thought some of the data could have been passed between the federal and state returns instead of having to re-enter

Thanks for having a tax prep software that I can use and understand. It helped me review the year being taxed, and helped me think about my strategy for future retirement. It also showcases the truth about the challenge of being a middle class working American.

Always so easy to use

Plan to continue using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Just like sitting face to face with a CPA.
What's not so great: I thought Deluxe included 1 state return. Had to pay extra to get it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using Turbo Tax for a number of years.
A bit upset that I won't be able to install software for 2016 returns.
I do not wish to upgrade my operating system

Filing Taxes with TurboTax

TurboTax makes it easy to file and is always accurate and helpful. I think I've been using TurboTax for 25 years or so and have always been delighted with it. Recently, I've been filing online and things are even faster and easier. Many thanks to TurboTax for the wonderful work you do.

LONGTIME USER

This is my 20th year using TurboTax. I can remember in the beginning it took me quite a few hours to get it done. As time progressed, though, it became much easier. The way it approaches things, the language it uses, the way it explains things, are all the same and become more familiar. The increasing options for additional help, videos, and lookups all go to make things much faster now. I very much like the feeling of being in control, of seeing all of the options, and not depending on some employee to handle my situation correctly. I'll use it next year, which will be my 21st.
What's great about it: Easy to use and covers all of the bases.
What's not so great: Expensive for a product that sells 100's of thousands copies.
