Good, but not as good as previous years

I was not happy when I tried to go back and make adjustment in certain areas of the program. At one point I just started a new federal tax return because I could not make changes. It was very frustrating, luckily I was not that far into my return. I know each year you try to make improvements to the program, but this year you fell very short of this goal.
What's great about it: I liked Turbo tax.Always able to get a good refund
What's not so great: Nothing specific I can put my finger

good package, has enough depth for difficult and in depth returns, with ability to upgrade to detail orientated returns and deductions and is easy enough for anyone to file competently right out of the box ...great product...
What's great about it: easy and concise , step by step is clear and understandable ...

Major Issues

I entered and completed my federal return just fine. Then I had an issue with downloading my state return. With assistance I was finally able to get my state downloaded & got both my federal & state filed electronically. However, I had my daughters return to do for her. I entered her information the first time & couldn't get the program to retrieve her information to file after I printed her return. I re entered her information a 2nd time and e-filed her federal return before printing it. It was successfully filed but I could not retrieve the information back again. I also tried purchasing her state package and could not get my purchase to go through. 4 weeks later I tried again. I re entered her information for the 3rd time. Was able to purchase her state package this time and could not e-file her state return because I had already filed her federal return. I have printed her state return and will file a paper copy now.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax since the early 2000s and have always been satisfied
What's not so great: This is first year I have had an issue with the software

Four Years and counting...

I really like Turbo Tax. Been using it for 4 years now. It's easy and detailed. So far I haven't had any issues except for answering specific questions which I eventually found. Once my taxes start getting more complicated (like next year) I will see how things pan out then So far so good...
What's great about it: Easy, fasr, almost worry-free
What's not so great: Ambiguous answers for detailed questions, paying for state tax return.
