I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and have always found it to be efficient and helpful. Can't imagine doing taxes without it!

Turbo tax is helpful since, I live in Washington state but work in Oregon state, and on occasions; I must work outside both states.
What's great about it: I married last year, Turbo tax helped me make deductions
What's not so great: I wanted more deductions from state taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Never a Worry

Turbo Tax asks questions the average filer would never think to inquire about. You are completely covered and every time I open the program, if any updates are needed they happen. I sleep easy.
What's great about it: Trusted, complete, easy use
What's not so great: screen doesn't go back to last 'visit', must scroll down to next one

Good Product but not Foolproof

I have been using TurboTax for years. The flow of one topic to another has improved over the years as has the way in which the questions are asked. I seem to have issues every year with obscure errors when running error check at the end. This year it didn't bring over information from my 2014 taxes that resulted in an error. It took me awhile to figure out what the issue was because it wasn't clear what exactly the error was. I had to trace through several forms to figure it out.
What's great about it: Very thorough, easy to follow
What's not so great: Doesn't pull all information from previous year

Relatively Quick Task

It's best to have all your paperwork in order when you sit down to do this. I was able to complete both returns in one sitting.
I don't even remember how I did my taxes without Turbo Tax, but I remember it being a painful experience because I hate math. Thanks Turbo Tax for simplifying the process.

Great return but

Worked great, but last years version showed the previous years entries, where as this year did not. If you gave to the same charity as last year it would ask you in 2014 version. Overall good
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not all the information was pulled forward like before

A few issues, but a success overall

I had a lot of trouble trying to update the TurboTax software. After some time spent on the internet and on the phone with a TurboTax representative I was able to figure things out. After that, it was smooth sailing with this software.
What's great about it: Federal and State Reviews, Audit protection
What's not so great: Software Updates!
