So easy, simple and accurate. Just awesome!
I had my taxes done at H&R Block the previous two years and I feel their part-time employees just didn't go though everything with me (too busy? who knows). Both years I owed taxes on top of what I had to pay them. This year I decided to give Turbo Tax a try and I am extremely satisfied. I even got a refund!! I will definitely file my taxes using Turbo Tax next year. :)

Almost perfect

I have use TurboTax for 20+ years and I like it very much. Even though I have the standard deduction it handles all the brokers information without me having to enter it.
The problem I had in the CA state return is it said that I had underpaid my estimate taxes and I owed the state $1 for this. When I just ignored it my refund that showed a $68 refund increased to $69 after this step. A minor problem but confusing.
What's great about it: easy to walk through all the steps to file a return
What's not so great: one minor problem in the CA return process

The software is easy to install and use. Took one afternoon to do my taxes and file electronically. Last year I couldn't file my state electronically, but I didn't learn that until I paid to e-file. It would be great if the software could flag that you can't e-file state before putting in credit card information.
What's great about it: This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. It's fast and user friendly.

Faster and easier than ever

Had to get my taxes done before March 1 for school but just got some late documents so I didnt have time to take them somewhere to get done. I have used TT a few years ago but found it especially easy now.
What's great about it: The guidance is so simple and in plain language
