I love TurboTax - As a retired CPA I cannot find an easier and complete way to prepare and file my personal federal and state income taxes.
What's great about it: Simple to use and very complete and intelligible
What's not so great: None

What's great about it: Smooth and throrough
What's not so great: Didn't want to accept 0.00 as taxable value of property held by disabled vet with property tax exemption.

Already signed up for TurboTax Advantage

Example of a Non-Intuitive Step.
I'm already signed up for TurboTax Advantage to get my next year of TurboTax ... BUT ... at the very end, there is the dialog that begins with "Get TurboTax every year automatically ... " with only 2 options at the bottom "No Thanks" and "Sign Me Up". Neither of which is intuitively the obvious choice for my case and at first I'm not sure what to do.
Need 3rd Option, "I'm Already Signed Up".
Also, in the middle of this dialog, it say's if you are already an advantage member the sign in .... why should I sign in, unless there is something I need to do ... which there is not ... so don't send me on a wild goose chase.
Each year ... I get to this point and I just want to be done ... and you throw this confusing dialog at me.
What's great about it: All Good!
What's not so great: Occasionally Non-Intuitive Steps

cost to file the state return should just be included in the cost of purchasing the turbo tax software. don;'t like that it's an additional cost
