Good with one wish

I thought that turbo tax was easier to use this year and had less glitches. I didn't have any problems going back or forward in my return, nor did I have any problems navigating from forms to the step-by-step method.
I would like turbo tax to pick up my Roth IRA basis amounts from last year's tax return. I use turbo tax every year, and the benefit is that it preloads all the information from last year's return. I had to look up the Roth IRA information from last year's tax return and enter it manually. Hopefully this will be automatic in next year's software.
What's great about it: Turbo tax was easy to use and glitch free this year. I was able to navigate easily back and forth.
What's not so great: Did not carry forward my Roth IRA basis from last year's return.

Bummed

Ive used T,T, for years with no problem. This year the download for state froze up. After a day and a half the system seemed to come up with a fix. But along with the fix was the request to pay for doing my state. Whitch was supposed to be provided in Turbo Tax Delux. Maybe next year i should try H&R block.
What's great about it: Got my federal done
What's not so great: T,T, tried to charge me for my state when i already bought it. The state download froze up for two days.

The Pinnicle Software Tool

Been using your software for nearly 20 years. I'm a systems engineer and use TT as the example of a utopia state of a logic tool - making the US Tax Code simple to follow. Keep up the good work, and looking forward to another 20 years, unless we don't get a nice simple flat tax.

I've been using TurboTax over 10 years. It's quick, painless, accurate and saves me the most money. I wouldn't use any other tax prep software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, quick, saves me the most...what more do you need.
What's not so great: Absolutely none.

How do I access this year's return in future years
