Love Turbo Tax

We used to pay to have our taxes done because of all the medical deductions we have, but for 3 years now I have done them myself with TurboTax and it's so much easier (and cheaper) than I thought it would be! The program saves information for the next years taxes so you don't have to enter all the addresses again and it shows a comparison for each entry to last years taxes. You have a visual of last year compared to this year for earnings and deductions! The best part is it guides you step by step. You cannot go wrong as long as you follow the prompts.
What's great about it: The program uploads information from last years taxes...you don't have to enter every address and detail in!!!

I really utilized the review feature as it caught my mistakes.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Helps me with my stupids such as doubling my pension. HUH?
What's not so great: None Been using it for at least 10 years.

Not sure how many years I have used turbo tax, but only once did I have difficulty following where the information flowed from. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Choice of following turbo tax or entering data on my own
What's not so great: Printing should be in reverse order so you don't have to resort

This was such a great easy process for something that could be overwhelming if you do not know what you are doing like me:) Turbo tax made it easy and I got a better refund than last year when I took it to an accountant :)
What's great about it: very smooth and answered any questions I had.
