Great software

At age 78, this is the absolute first time I've completed my own tax return.
I'm a bit up tight about how the IRS might feel about it but I'm sure they will let me know if I made any mistakes.
What's great about it: Seemed to work well

TurboTax is great

How doing taxes used to be in the days of paper & calculator is only a bad dream now. I've been using TurboTax every year since 1997, and it's fabulous. This year I also had a non-standard tax question that googling didn't help me with, but when I hit 'help' from inside TurboTax and typed in my question, there was the answer in seconds! I could finish my taxes in 1 day, even though they're not exactly simple these days.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Excellent Resource

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and it has been a great tool to help me with my taxes. I use for most of my family members and find it to be easy and flawless to use. I truly appreciate this product and recommend to all of my family, friends and colleagues.

Good, with one issue

Turbo Tax is very easy to use for the most part, but every return includes a few questions that are asked with very little context given. They are difficult to answer without tax expertise and the help search box was slower than a Google search outside of Turbo Tax. If a context box with some typical scenarios was available to click on, it would be 5 stars.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: No context given when a detailed answer is needed

A feeling of contentment

I've been doing my taxes with TurboTax for years and it has developed to the point where, when I do my return, I feel super-confident that I'm getting it right. I get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I've finished my return and don't hope that my return will be accepted and won't get audited. I feel 100% sure that I've completed my taxes correctly.
Since most of us have the same tax position year upon year, I love the fact that TurboTax offers you "this is what you did last year" so you can simply concentrate on what's changed and start from scratch - which is where the inconsistencies from year to year can occur.
I will use TurboTax until I don't have to do my taxes anymore.

Great Product

This is my first year filing for taxes and I am glad that I choose TurboTax, an outstanding product, very fast and secure. Got more than I thought I would get cause it found an error! Great product,

Fast & Easy

I've been using TurboTax to file my returns now for almost 10 years. This year did not disappoint and it seems like each year gets easier. Questions are straightforward and understandable and filing is quick and easy. I'll be using TurboTax again next year.
