Have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years, it is easy to use the tutorials have provided great help when used. easiest self tax program to use.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Gets easier every year

I've been using it for many years. A few years ago I convinced my Daughter to try it instead of paying a company to do their taxes. We all agree it's so easy and comfortable to do the taxes at home at leisure. I just did my taxes in less than an hour in my pajamas!
What's great about it: simplicity

step by step help with all the tools and options made filing my fed/state return a breeze. Stress free and will use TurboTax again next year!
What's great about it: very easy and user friendly.
What's not so great: none, very satisfied.

confusing instructions

at the end of the construction of the return, there is a review area. then you are asked if you want to save a pdf or print. after you either save or print, then you close the box. then it has you save or print again. then you file your return and a box comes up asking you to save or print again. where does all that make sense? i just hope the numbers are accurate.
What's great about it: quick, hopefully accurate
What's not so great: confusing instructions to save/print
