What's great about it: Step by-step guidance with additional resources to make a complicated process as simple as possible.
What's not so great: None.

Overall Turbo Tax is great, but the State return never works. I have never been able to download Utah's Tax Return the system always freezes up and so I have always had to do my state taxes with a different set of software.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step instructions for filing Federal Return
What's not so great: I have used Turbo tax for years and have never been able to use their Utah State Tax Return. It never seems to download

Wasted my time

I said at the beginning of the return that the tax payer would be claimed by another person and the system still asked me questions about the tuition fees and other cost for college.
Why did it waste my time? I was just on the IRS website looking for another answer and saw it said, you cannot claim if someone claims you as a dependent.

Completed my 2015 Tax Preparation

Easily steps you through the tax form, however the font is too small and its easy to misread the questions. Some question were not obvious in what they were expecting. Disappointed after paying for the software on having to pay for a state efile. Good integration with state return. No problems experienced and did not have to call support.
What's great about it: Step by step by step through the tax forms. Ease of data entry. Cross checking information submitted. Easy Fed efile
What's not so great: Paying extra to efile state. Font is too small.
