I thought that since I purchased Turbo Tax 2015 that I would not be charged for using it, but found out different when I got to the end.
What's great about it: I loved filling out my taxes this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The entire program worked very well.
The was a problem at the start of the process when it wanted to download any updates. After updating, the program disappeared from the screen. I tried the program again with the same result. On the third try I chose to update later and everything worked.

Problems with State

The software should not have allowed me to set up to download Illinois and Wisconsin. When the program asks if you made money in other states I didn't notice the sentence at the the top for Illinois and Wisconsin. But the program did not do a check to prevent me from attempting and paying for a Wisconsin return. I realized my mistake and entered "none" in the box for other state incomes. Then all was good. However when you look for answers then common folk try answering question on multi-state issues and they are wrong! You need to stop this. Only properly informed tax people need to answer these questions!!! Tax answers belong in the hands of tax pros not Joe the plumber!

What's not so great: Wisconsin-Illinois

Was easy as pie

I have used TurboTax for years and never had much of an issue. Last year, Intuit tried to charge me extra to file capital gains, but enough people complained that they backed off. Overall, I am very happy with the product.
