Almost Perfect

This is the second year TurboTax has forced me to mail my forms. For some reason it won't e-send it along. Perhaps my Satellite Service is a problem but in all other respects Turbo Tax is elegant.
What's great about it: Accurate, easy, complete
What's not so great: E Filing doesn't always work

Forced to add Audit Defense

I declined audit defense at the end of the final review of the tax forms. At the conclusion of submitting the returns electronically your system forced the purchase of Audit Defense. Even after I declined on the final submission page by removing the charge.
I hope this is an error. If this cannot be correction I will not be using your program in the future!!

Easy to use

The question and answer format is great. Doing a quick review of the questions ahead of time makes it possible to gather all the required info so it's on hand when you're ready to provide all the answers. And it's great to be able to go back at any time to provide any info that's not available right away. So much better than doing everything manually.

Although I could have done this myself, for free, using paper tax forms, I find it worth the money to have Turbo Tax ask me questions and do the calculations for me. I was done in one day.
