Great Experience as Always

Turbo Tax makes doing taxes easy. No need for a tax consultant! Transferring of information from a previous year is seamless. I definitely like the tracking of donations feature and the ease at which deductions for donated items is done.
What's great about it: Ease of guided session, liked that I could go back and revisit areas and then pick up where I left off.

2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe

In all past years, Turbo Tax allowed the User to save and come back later to the exact spot where you left.
2015 does not do this. Several times it brought me back to various places within the process, either skipping ahead or into sections already completed. This was strange.
2015 also failed to take me directly to the places to 'start' where information was last year. For example, entering W-2 data. Even though it pulled from 2014 and had record of our names filing jointly, it started a new taxpayer and requested I enter all the data from scratch. I had to delete and go back to enter information in the fields it 'copied' from last year.
First time these errors ever existed in my 20 years using your product.

Best Tax Preparation Software Ever

If you use a tax preparation service year after year you would be doing yourself a big favor by trying TurboTax at least once for the same year you pay a tax preparation company and you will have the benefit of a completed tax return for reference and judgement purposes. It is even possible your tax preparation company missed something or you might find out you have more data that you did not provide to them that really matters. I have been confidently using TurboTax since 1999.
What's great about it: The interview process was painless and easy.
What's not so great: There are no cons.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick and Easy

Easy to use, makes quick work of unpleasant paperwork!
What's great about it: You ask for the forms, I just have to enter in the information, no figuring out where to do the typing.
What's not so great: Stock investments not included on Deluxe, now forced to buy Premium, no happy

Easy to use!

Once I was able to figure out how to get the CD to upload on the computer, it was very easy to use.
What's great about it: Saved lots of money doing taxes myself
What's not so great: no instructions on how to upload CD
