Very easy to use

This is the 4th or 5th year I have used Turbo tax. I love the fact that it transfers data from one year to the next to make it easy to enter new information and to be sure I do not overlook any regularly occurring deductions. The pop-up help when I have a question has always solved my problem. Great product!
Impossible to find a nickname that has not already been taken!!!
What's great about it: Led me step-by-step through the process

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING TURBO TAX AND I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH HOW EASY IT WAS TO DO AND WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN USING A CPA OR TAX PREP SERVICE SINCE MY RETURN IS PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD
What's great about it: SO EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NOTHING

I could not automatically ADD via the software and had to manually enter what I thought was appropriate. I did review the listing with it's prices before I entered my info. Every time I tried to enter items/prices with the software, it would not let me update Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Listing of items
What's not so great: Could not get where I wanted to go automatically

Easy Peasy Tax Forms

Been using Turbo Tax for since 2000 and each year it gets better to use. Turbo Tax revamps every year to make filing as easy and painless as possible. Questions are easily understood therefore reducing the chances of mistakes on the form that could lead to a possible audit. Thanks Turbo Tax for many, many years of successful returns, even though I had to pay some years!
What's great about it: Easy to interperate questions.
What's not so great: No such thing!

Pretty Great Software

I'm a big fan of TT. I became a believer back in the 1990's when I did our taxes by hand, and my husband used TT. There was a discrepancy, and TT was correct. Been using it ever since.
What's great about it: Easy to use; does the heavy math
What's not so great: The "your refund" tally gets wacky when calculating annual HSA contributions.

easy for anyone

Turbo tax makes it easy enough I can do my own return and save money. I went to a tax accountant a few years ago and I had to tell him some steps he missed. And it cost a fortune.
He did nothing I could not do with Turbo Tax and he didn't go thru everything like Turbo Tax does so I ended up telling him we needed to add the Union Dues for my husband.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it easy enough I can do my own return and save money

I just Love Turbo Tax. guides you step by step, answers your questions, and those that are not tax Savvy, have the security of knowing Turbo Tax is. We are secure our taxes are done the way they should be. and deductions, WOW! step by step of everything I donated and fair share of deduction price I would not have known, Thankyou Turbo TAX!

Easy to folow!

This product walks you through everything! If you don't need the walk through, you can just complete the forms. Either way, you can always check the help box for more information. Great for the easiest filing or even some of the hardest!
What's great about it: Everything!
What's not so great: None that I can see.
