Fast and complete

I have used this product since Parsons developed it, no problems using it every year.
What's great about it: Walked my daughter and her husband thru the process
What's not so great: no real problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Terrible update/state download

Worst experience I have had since I started using TurboTax in the early 90's. I'm not sure I will purchase this product next year. Software shouldn't have been released if it didn't work.
Wouldn't let me sign into my account without verifying me, tried to use an old address which I no longer have. I had to sign in as a guest.
Downloading anything from within the program is a major hassle, just didn't work most of the time and it drove me crazy. Help page said to let it go, it will download. It didn't in 24 hours of letting it go. I have high speed DSL so try to tell me it was a slow connection.
What's great about it: Once I waited almost a full day for updates and state download it was very easy to use.
What's not so great: Wouldn't let me sign on with last years login, tried to make me verify with old address that I couldn't change.

I have never had to enter or pay so much to e-file taxes as I have in the past.
Next year going back to Tax Cut
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: Way to much hassle to e-file taxes

So easy

Took carry overs from previous years, applied them automatically, This was so painless it was almost like not filing taxes. Finished in no time at all. And I'm not talking a simple 1040EZ return either. I'm talking full 1040 with deductions, energy credits, etc.
What's great about it: Automatically imported needed information. No redundant inputs
What's not so great: none

What's not so great: on package it shows State Returns this has one to think that the state tax process is included in the price of the purch
