Turbo Tax Deluxe

I have found turbo Tax to be the biggest time saver and stress reducer when it comes to tax season. Usually I'm the one who freaks out when it comes to doing anything with numbers...Turbo Tax allows me to work at my own pace and click on the highlighted questions I have before proceeding. Well designed programing!
What's great about it: 4th year using it...So easy...step by step even a first timer should invest
What's not so great: This year, the program quit on me unexpectedly...Almost panicked...but the data was saved

Poor W2-G process

I can't believe that when doing W2g FORMS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SYSTEM AUTO FILL IN NAME ADDRESS ETC OF THE FIXED INFO WHEN YOU HAVE MULTIPLE FORMS FROM THE SAME PAYER. THIS HAPPENS A LOT FOR THOSE THAT GAMBLE AT TRACKS. The system should ask if you have another W2 G from the same payer and auto fill in the FID and address
Get with it an easy fix!!!!
What's great about it: most all of the program except W2G
What's not so great: W@ G do not auto fill in when you have the same payer on multiple forms

It is so easy to navigate and guides you through the tax return completely..

TurboTax is always my go to tax program. It's easy to follow and very thorough for preparing my annual tax return. It also saves my information so I don't have to reenter unchanging information each year. I just love it.

First time I've had problems

I was so disappointed in Turbo Tax this year. for the first time, it said there were errors but it wouldn't let me fix them (nor did I understand them). Then it wouldn't let me efile because of the errors.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: didn't allow efile

Turbo Tax makes doing tax returns easy, it is a great product.
However, I do not like the efile process, to
efile my returns I had to input credit card information, this process was very cumbersome and time consuming and I was under the impression I could efile a state return for free (not!)

What's not so great: billing mechanism for state returns, windows did not minimize

not easy to follow this year

Had trouble editing forms, such as adding routing number and bank account to state form. Had trouble printing forms. Finally realized that default printer was different than the one I had.
