Can't Go Wrong with Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years as have many people and relatives that I know. It is the only tax return package that I would ever consider using after deviating one year and using a competitor's product. The ease of use, the built in safeguards, the guidance, automatic retrieval of prior year tax data from your files, the free Federal e-filing, the subsequent notifications and so much more.
Love the "It's Deductible" adjacent software link for contributions, especially being able to print out the details of the contributions.

What's great about it: Easy to load software, easy to use either manually or following the filing sequence, ensures file saves
What's not so great: none that I've found

Even though I have a simple return this is an easy way to fill out and send thru e-file your tax returns.

I've been using Turbotax for years. Generally works fairly well, but if you have questions and they are not answered by the community, you are stuck.
What's great about it: Step-by-step questions usually are clear
What's not so great: Not all questions submitted to the online community are answered

Excellent Experience Per Usual

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. When I first started I was nervous and unsure but each year am gaining self confidence mainly because I know I can trust Intuit Turbo Tax.

Turbotax 2015 Review

I have been using Turbotax to file my taxes for over 10 years. It doesn't seem to get easier to use. I miss the full screen view of the forms that Turbotax used to have that made it much easier to catch errors when I compare it to my last year's form. This year I forgot to enter my social security payments and luckily caught it just before filing after I printed out my forms. Turbotax seems determined to make it as difficult as possible to print out parts of the form and to find out how to print all of the forms at the end. Please make it clear at the beginning that it will be possible to print before filing and then make it easy. Since Turbotax knows I am over 65 it should have questioned me why I did not report social security income.
Since I used Turbotax in the past I know you like to surprise your customers with additional charges after they have already started their return. I still find it annoying. Please list your charges for state forms and filing charges on your products.

I've used TurboTax for the last few years and have been very satisfied. This year was no exception. I have come to expect the best with TurboTax and I am not disappointed.

Great Product

TurboTax is one of the most beneficial products on the market. The program guides you through the tax maze making it unnecessary to learn and understand our complex tax code.
What's great about it: Easy and accurate - have used for years with no problems
What's not so great: Returning to the main menu after each sub-section is completed is a bit annoying.

A good Year

The process to longer than planned for, with so many questions,
but they were very throw and it is best to be right to get your full refund that belongs to you.

What's great about it: I was happy to get most of my tax money back
What's not so great: I should have bought the regular TurboTax and not the Deluxe.
