Generally, we use Turbo Tax every year to file our taxes. The language is easy to understand and it guides you through all aspects of filing a return. Accessing forms and other information to explain certain items is fairly easy. We find it less stressful than trying to find someone to do our taxes for us. Thank you.

Great Improvements

I have used TurboTax for many years. Love the product. Feel I got ripped off on free State return. Accidentally clicked VA in error. Deleted auto generated return, but never got option back to actually use my free state return.
What's great about it: Much easier user friendly
What's not so great: Did not use state return, clicked in error, unable to get back free state return even after I deleted the one selected

Glad I could use this this year1

I have had several concussions which makes it hard for me to keep my mind one thing for very long. The way everything was asked/presented made it much easier for me to work on my taxes a little bit at a time. I never had a problem coming back to the place I had left off.
What's great about it: I liked how there was only one question at a time.
What's not so great: None

Easy to Follow

I've been using this for years and have always liked it. Oregon was a little had to follow this year. I had to do some re-calculating on medical that I did not expect.
But overall I like the product . . . would recommend it . . . and will use it again.
