IT was good but could have been better
Very difficult to find help when I needed a clarification

What's great about it: Quick most of the time
What's not so great: Not Clear on some of the things asked for but better than last year

I have been using Quicken and TurboTax since 1994 and they have never let me down. You have to gather all the info anyway; that's the hard part! So sit down and let TurboTax ask you the same questions only do it for a lot less money.
What's great about it: You can do it yourself and save lots of fees.
What's not so great: ItsDeductible, while great is tedious!

More difficult that previous years but got it done

After all the reviews, still found and error AFTER filing and printing out the forms. Hopefully, it won't be one that matters when married filing jointly. Still like the ease in using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: many opportunities to review and go back
What's not so great: difficulites finding the sales tax deduction

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It's always been really easy to follow; explanations at each step are really helpful. And it allows me to view every aspect of the process.

Just as the commercials depict, using Turbo Tax is so easy that you don't think you are doing it right? We all know it just can't be that easy!
What's great about it: Easy as 1-2-3
What's not so great: I've been paying some smuck every year to do 2nd grade work!
