Turbo my Tax refund

I am well pleased with Turbo this year. Last year they screwed up with naming and pricing their product line. This year they more than made up for it. This product is way better than when I first started 10 years ago.
What's great about it: Much easier to understand. Simple explanations. Quick and complete
What's not so great: Only that it is still confusing about which Turbo Tax Deluxe I need to get. I need to make sure it includes the State.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I had a baby, I moved

Easiest way to file

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for about 8yrs. Aside from last years well documented issues, I love this product. There's no easier or more accurate way to do your taxes, if you go through all the questions you'll never miss a thing.
What's great about it: Fast and easy

Great Intuitive Features

I have used TurboTax beginning with the first year it was available and it has served me well. One year the local IRS tax office wanted to look at my copy of TurboTax to see if they would be able to get it for their agents who help individuals prepare their tax returns.
I would be lost without it. I will continue to use it as long as I am able to function sufficiently to do my own tax returns.
I highly recommend TurboTax and encourage others to use it for the knowledge of producing an accurate and complete Income Tax Return.
What's great about it: Excellent in accuracy ability
What's not so great: More difficult to use than all other previous years

A Typo Gave Me Agida

In trying to determine if we have a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), I looked at a help topic. The topic noted the minimum deductible amount and the "minimum" out-of-pocket amounts. Extremely confused by this, I went further into the forums section. There I pretty much determined that it was supposed to read "maximum" not minimum out-of-pocket. Everything else was pretty straight forward.
It would be very helpful from the start if you had a option to enter all the type of tax forms you received. I did not know til the end that a form I received was for my own record and never had to enter it anywhere.
What's great about it: The normal step by step which helped me through.
What's not so great: A typo in the help section added great confusion.

Confidence in Accuracy

Overall the program is easy to move from area to area. It is relatively fast but it gives you confidence that your filing is accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to Maneuver through the process
What's not so great: Not enough feedback as to why W-2s could not be auto filled
