You have to be kidding me

Finally found support number, ended up with one guy who could not answer my questions, only to give me his manager (who was same guy!!). Never got my question regarding extra charges by TT answered. Finally figured out myself.
Very UNHAPPY with support personnel.
Had other issues with another call earlier, never got resolution.

What's great about it: easy to follow, much less expensive than tax preparer.
What's not so great: not easy to find support phone number and reliable assistance

Great Product

I've used the Turbo Tax Package for years and find it saves me time and money. I trust the integrity of the product. There are options to research each and every area that may not be clear. There's even live technical customer service, a rare find.
What's great about it: Turbo's feature that provides for each step of each area of the return is amazingly simple.
What's not so great: Constant updates is bothersome.

On the Con above. I accidently entered a source of income, lets say a "Farm." I never could figure out how to delete that item.

Easy to enter data

Research tools easy to access when the person needs more information. I have used turbotax for at least 15 years, and appreciate that when a mistake is made or additional information is needed, the program automatically changes all forms that are necessary.
What's great about it: Organized method of entering return information
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to figure out what is requested
