Long time user of Turbo-Tax, it gets better every year.
What's great about it: Love how the Turbo Tax walks me through the process
What's not so great: Wish e-filing State return was not extra charge

My TurboT Review

I am a longtime user of Turbo Tax. I have used other products in the past but I always end up returning to Turbo Tax. Very intuitive and easy to follow instructions.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and understand. Gives you the option to skip or delay certain sections if you choose.
What's not so great: Printing of returns are a bit cumbersome and slow..
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick and easy returns

Turbo Tax is easy to use whether you're an experienced tax person or a novice. Most all questions can be answered with a simple click of the mouse.
What's great about it: Simple directions plus good explanations if needed
What's not so great: Should include free e-file for state returns

It took a little more time to complete the transaction with the new requirements of proof of ID but it was worth it

With a small investment portfolio it is easier to just download my info from my broker than to try to put it in manually.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out, (kind of)
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind

A new year success

I have been using Turbo-tax for far longer than I can remember. Each year the program becomes better and better; making tax preparation easy, simple, and fast.
Prior to using this program, I did all my taxes by hand and paper file. Back then tax preparation took 6 hours, today I did them in 45 minutes.
I will always use Turbo-tax ... simple as that.
