Great Software

I have used Turbo Tax for the last (15) years and it is the greatest tax tool out there. The problems with complex returns in 2014 were fixed, and it is incredibly easy to use.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through all the steps of filing including k-1's

I stay with Turbo Tax because it's easy to follow and thorough. I will continue to use it until my arthritic fingers can't type anymore. Thanks Turbo for being user friendly.

Great Experience overall

This experience made me and my wife feel at ease about the Affordable healthcare or health insurance section. Making that as painless as possible is what helped us the most. Working with inheritance issues for the first time again was a relief thanks to your software.
What's great about it: Progression of ease
What's not so great: Reviewing while going back to earlier sections was not intuitive enough I thought I might loose data

Easy as pie

So easy to use. Reviewing all entries makes corrections easy. No mathematical errors as program does all the work. Great part is comparing previous year's return.
What's great about it: Guided through the entire process. Extra help always available.
What's not so great: Nothing that I found

Quick and Easy

I've been using TurboTax for at least 17 years. I love it!
What's great about it: I like how the program walks you through everything. I also like that I can compare last year to this year.
What's not so great: I don't like paying taxes!

hangups caused problems

Have used TurboTax for several years happily. This year the program had several places where it got hungup and I had to exit totally and restart. No way to figure out why this occurred, but it was pretty annoying. Taxes are frustrating enough without program problems on top of the rest.
I will give you one more chance next year, but then I will switch to some other software.
