I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and it seems to just keep getting easier.

Four areas for improvement

One of the best features is that an entry, initial or change, made in one place, appears in all places and with corresponding adjustments and calculations.
The question prompts are often helpful.

Needing change or improvement in the program:
*
1) Make it easier and quicker to move between specific pages.
Internal maneuvering is slow, cumbersome.
Changes, corrections, need to be easy to find, including those the user initiates when we realize the need, such as get or find new information.
*
2) (a) Make some of the screens larger, easier to read; e.g., those in the Review section that show matters needing attention. Some other screen images also need to show more information, context.
*
(b) Sometimes the program asks a question about deleting an item, but we cannot see it or do not have an answer yet.
Make the process more visible and more flexible, e g., perhaps a prompt later to return to the specific form and page and line.
*

4) Allow printing of some or all of the Turbo Tax pages themselves, not simply the IRS forms pages.
There is information we want to keep, e.g., the year-to-year comparison, current year and prior year.

Been Using for Decades

I've been a user of Turbo Tax for almost as long as I can remember. It has improved every year. I really like how it imports my previous year's filing data, really saves time. The interview process really makes doing your taxes easier. My only complaint is that when I started on my saved return from yesterday today, it lost my place. I was able to find where I had left off easily and was able to complete my return with not further problems.
What's great about it: Easy to use, interview process works great
What's not so great: Loses place sometimes after opening a saved return

GOOD WAY TO FILE A TAX RETURN

TURBO TAX IS MUCH SIMPLER THAN THE OLD PENCIL AND TAX FORM PROCESS. QUITE EASY TO USE AND FILING ELECTRONICALLY IS GREAT.
What's great about it: SIMPLE TO USE, COST, RELIABLE
What's not so great: NOT FREE

We need a flat tax

Great job, one of best versions yet. See Pro's above.
What's great about it: I thought the explainations were better and more at an average persons level of understanding.
What's not so great: None really, you did best you could with a horribly complex tax law.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
