made it hard to e-file

Have used TurboTax for years and will not consider anything else. But this year, got to the efile portion and had issues. 1) was not aware I needed driver's license info or at least did not remember. Can you insert and "Info Needed" page at the beginning? Sure would be conveneint. 2) signed in to my account...was told would be send 6-digit code by email...would not let me access email without getting out of that screen so got out, got code, went back to that place and was told code had expired. That happened twice. Finally finished without accessing account. There has to be a more convenient way.
What's great about it: the whole process
What's not so great: not knowing what info I needed to efile before I get to that point

Have used TurboTax for over 30 years. A good program and happy that the removed sections were returned. Like IT!
What's great about it: easy to fill in the "blanks" Like it, easy to follow.
What's not so great: easier way to do donation deductions.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax is like having the tax expert beside me helping me do it right.
What's not so great: Had to cook breakfast myself.

Easy To Use

Turbo Tax is s great way to taxes for the average tax payer. It is cheaper than a tax person to file it yourself. It is relatively easy to navigate and it walks you through the whole process.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes an easy to do task.
What's not so great: Takes a while to get through it and repeats some information.

Using Turbo Tax leaves nothing to go wrong. it takes you through every step and is very user friendly.
What's great about it: guides you through every step
What's not so great: program hung up in one section-couldn't continue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
