I've used TurboTax for years and never had the issues with updates that I (and others I've spoken to) had running the final update at the end of the taxes. Overall pleased though
What's great about it: TurboTax worked great, helped me with moving expenses
What's not so great: Updates just locked up my computer

Great product, great support when needed. I enter my taxes then sit on it a day or two to be sure I don't miss anything. Been doing great for over 12 years. Now my sons have begun using Turbotax.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Been using Turbotax for over 12 years. Now my kids are learning to do there own taxes with Turbotax.
What's not so great: None that I've found.

Still easy!

I have been using TurboTax for many, many years and it's great that it carries forward your prior tax information and allows you to update versus having to type all of the information in again.
I like that the software guides me through the form in a logical manner. Normally, the pop ups can answer any questions I have but if I need to dig into the details I love that it's just a click away.
The tax form/information is provided in easy to use question and answer form which eliminates the confusion of trying to understand 'government speak'.
What's great about it: Easy to understand tax updates

Big Return

Overall, turbotax was an awesome tool to file our taxes. It made it quick and fairly painless get our return, and get the most out of our return. I will be using it again next year!
What's great about it: fairly simple to work through, great tips and help info all along the way
What's not so great: could use some more clarification in certain areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy, I have been using Turbo tax for several years. The difference between my early use and the present version is amazing. That is the reason I continue to use the software. simple, complete and assuring. Thank you for a great product

Easy for Seniors!!

TurboTax is easy for ANYONE to use. If you've used it before once or twice, you are able to select what you want to work on. If you're new, they take you through EVERY possible step. This is a great program, with great support.
What's great about it: I like the "verifying" that TurboTax does automatically
What's not so great: I always have difficulty correcting errors found in my return
