Loving My Refund

What's great about it: It very easy
What's not so great: In most case the font is too small or font color is too light. I had to struggle to read.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love the ease of use of the Turbo Tax and the quick answer to any question.
Should include one state filing for free with the cost of the product.

Moved & Two State Filing

We moved in 2015 and were concerned we would have to have help from a professional tax preparer. Not So! Turbo Tax talked us through the whole thing. :>)
What's great about it: Turbo Tax talked us through it all.
What's not so great: Costs could be a bit less!

Another Great Year Using Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I like the step by step process along with the information prompts that explain things along the way. The hardest part of doing our taxes is getting all of the information together.
What's great about it: Step by step - love the enhanced secutity features when filing electronically - great prompts that question entries
What's not so great: Obsure on when you can deduct health insurance premiums - On CO return asking for line 10 (Fed) was obscure

Great

I used to do my won taxes, but, for the past ten years or so, Turbo Tax is so much easier and I am more assured that all of the correct forms are used and the information is correctly entered into the forms. It has been a great help to me.
What's great about it: I used to do my own taxes, but the automatic forms were great and I do not have to read all of the instructions.
What's not so great: Last year, we had trouble filing electronically. But, the government seems to have tied that down better this year.
