hard to move around, some parts got stuck had to skip, wanted to do second state later and couldn't get back to it

Easy to follow.I have been using the deluxe version so that I can itemize my deductions. There was a couple of spots where I wasn't sure how to answer, but it was easy to correct if I made the wrong choice. Really liked the 'WHAT'S THIS' next to each category. It provided a nice explanation of the particular category. The final review was very helpful if I forgot to check off certain boxes on some forms. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and never had a problem
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Nothing, really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As in all the previous years, I have found using TurboTax easy and very safe. The tax job is always very well done with no hassles.
What's great about it: I liked everything that Turbotax is able to do!

State Returns

Turbox tax products are easy to use and as accurate as each person using the products make them. I have used the product for many, many years and will in all probability continue to use them unless there is a dramatic change in either the products or the price for the products.
What's not so great: Why is it not allow to also electronically file the state returns free?

Has been dependable for years

As a former practicing CPA I find this software to be ideal for those without complicated issues that might require delving into the IRS code. I have never tried it for those types of issues, so cannot comment.
It works extremely well with W-2 and 1099 income, capital transactions, rental properties and the deductions most people deal with.
I have been using it and recommending it for years.
What's great about it: Thorough, accurate, easy to follow.

Drudgery Removed!

I always dreaded doing my taxes, but since I've been using Turbo Tax, I do them much earlier than in years past. The step-through process in simple language makes it a breeze. The e-filing feature and automatic bank deposit, makes it a lot easier than the old hard copy method, and safer than receiving a check in the mail. Thanks, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Simple language, Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Not many, it's just gotten better and better over the years

Easy Tax Returns

Although I am very familiar with doing taxes, I prefer to use the guided step by step method so I don't forget to include something or forget a deduction. This method also helps by providing detailed information which can alert me to any changes in tax law.
What's great about it: Guided step by step gets you through it all
What's not so great: None comes to mind
