It was confusing. I lived 12 months in Florida. No state tax. I thought I was in a wrong path.
What's great about it: Easy to use and go to different sections
What's not so great: Had me go through state tax questions.

Easy, thorough and no calculations by hand!!

Have used for many years running, and have not been dissatisfied. Had some issues one year, but support staff was wonderful to work with and resolved the issues promptly. By far, the easiest way to get through a dreaded chore.
What's great about it: step by step for everything
What's not so great: doesn't suggest duplicate entries of line items

I don't think there is any aspect of using turbo tax that doesn't make this job relatively easy to complete. I have been using it for 6 years now and I can complete my taxes in about 2 1/2-3 hours and that includes digging up info that I forgot to get ready prior to installing turbo tax software.
What's great about it: super easy to use, guides you thru all the steps

help I am in a loop and all I want is to E-file and it tells me I have not created one yet even shows the amount of my returns

Great for Seniors

It is the easiest way to compile and complete tax returns, especially if you are a retired senior with very few changes from year to year. This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Information from previous year, just have to enter this years amounts
