Fast, easy to understand

I found the 2016 Turbo tax Deluxe the best yet.
What's great about it: Each step is explained in as much detail as you need
What's not so great: Many deductions do not appear at first. You must expand your search.

I feel comfortable using TurboTax. It easily and clearly guides me through all the steps and provides helpful information.
What's great about it: Like way system directs you through the return

Much better!

After last years fiscal with the changes that were made and the need to purchase an add on program to complete our taxes, we were very reluctant to use TurboTax this year. But with the return to sanity and simple to follow instructions we decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised and totally please with the new process.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Charitable donations

The entry of information into complicated forms is a benefit I really enjoy. Turbo Tax is so easy to use!
Although I had trouble with the Charitable contributions information entry, it worked out finally.
