I can't believe how many of my friends pay an accountant to do their returns. I tell them it's easy to do yourself....but most go on paying. Oh well?
What's great about it: Just follow the instructions and you're done.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Cannot believe how easy Turbo Tax makes the entire Tax filing!
What's great about it: Step by Step, Yes/No Questions, Help Feature
What's not so great: 24/7 online chat
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Improved user friendly program

Glad to see you fixed that mess you called "Turbo Tax" from last year. That was awful. This years Turbo Tax was much improved. User friendly program was much better.
Should have a line item that asks you "What do you wish to do with your refund"

Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years, and have always been satisfied with the results. Works well for a retiree.

Turbo tax is easy to use and makes quick work of filing taxes. I would however, like to be able to print out a summary of the income input showing each source of income.
What's great about it: Covers everything I need.
What's not so great: Reports lack input detail.
