Easier than using paper forms. Having to manually update Federal was a real pain. Not being able to update State more of a pain.

I was disappoint that TurboTax did place an operating system requirement on the program. I spent a week installing and uninstalling the program. I reach a AWESOME Tech person who really cared and was very knowledgeable. The young Lady called me the day after my initial call to ensure I did not need any more assistance which I did. Turbo Tax your Tech Support personnel are very excellent and need to be recognized for their job duties because without them customers would stop buying your product. The young Lady I had provided excellent customer service to a an upset customer who wanted a refund for bad product. Cokes, Pizza, Award Certificates/Badges, or Gift Cards these little something gifts do not cost much but shows these employees they are appreciated.

What's great about it: The Tech Support Person had was AWESOME
What's not so great: The product did not inform the buyer you would need Windows 10 to use the program. That is a must to place on the box.

TT is a wonderful product. Have used it for several years and it is so simple! Makes doing taxes almost painless.

CO STATE INCOME TAX - TO ENTER THE REQUIRED DRIVER LICENSE INFO I HAD TO GO TO FORMS AND ENTER IT MANUALLY ON PAGE 1 OF CO 104 - RECOMMEND YOU INCLUDE A SCREEN DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS OFFERING THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENTER THE REQUIRED DATA - IT WAS ONLY WHEN REVIEWING THE PRINTED CO RETURN THAT I WAS AWARE OF THIS NEW REQUIREMENT
