Easy to use

I love Turbo Tax. Have been using it for over 5 years now. Never any problems and or concerns completing my taxes myself. Will continue to use them for years to come.
What's great about it: They ask questions over and over which is great in case you missed something

Using TurboTax since 2003

I have been using TurboTax for since 2003 and have had no problems. It has always been straight forward instructions, easy to follow, easy to file electronically, and refunds have always come very quickly.
I lived in Indiana for five years and filing the state returns were also easily and quickly accomplished.
Without reservation, I would recommend using TurboTax and will continue to do so as long as it is available.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and enter information quickly. Easy to file.
What's not so great: Ask me to file state return even though I am in a state with no income tax. Minor hassle though.

in the old days Turbo Tax was so easy....I have used it for many years....now it is to complicated for me

Quick and easy

Once again Turbo Tax breezed me through my tax preparation. In the course of two hours I was able to complete our return. I love the step by step guide. The ease of preparation and filing is a blessing to me.
What's great about it: Walked me through it
What's not so great: Didn't understand about 1095-B

Multiple returns and state filings

This is my first year we had a 2nd return to do for my daughter and it wasn't clear if the state filing (1 included# would work for both my returns as it said 1 PRODUCT included- i.e. both in PA so I tried to call and get an answer but kept getting disconnected #understandable today - blizzard).. I went in and did my return to the point of the state so it "downloaded" PA and went back to her return and it didn't seem to cause any issues, assuming and hoping it won't be a problem for me when I go to do mine as her was very simple and I wouldn't have wasted the free one on it. When it came time to file her return it didn't let me select electronic for Fed and mail for State as Fed is free and State is not. Later step I was able to select Fed only electronic and was able to work around to later print the State but it didn't flow right and I received error messages later on. I'm assuming everything is ok at this point
Ok - amending this because as I try to submit this for your review it won't allow me because nickname is taken - 3 tries later, this is a rediculous way to try and provide you feedback.
What's great about it: importing into state returns
What's not so great: couldn't split electronic filing with Fed and mail with State

2015 Tax

Easier than I expected

Easy enough...will do it again next year. Wife is on SS disability and had to search for how to enter that properly. Other than that it was pretty easy.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: SSA-1099 had to be searched to enter
