Difficult to Sort Through 1099s and Contributions

I receive a number of 1099s. I would like to sort the entries alphabetically.
I also make charitable contributions to a number of different organizations. I would like to be able to sort those alphabetically.
I start out with the 1099 and contribution information in spreadsheets and would like to make sure that all was entered into TT properly. I have to skip around the spreadsheet entries to do that instead of being able to go down both sheets line by line.
What's great about it: TT accepts all the 1099s I receive. It also allows many contributions
What's not so great: It is not possible to sort the 1099s or the contributions.

using turbo tax past 15 years same problem difficult to get prious copies
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: hard to get previous returns
