Turbo Tax 2015

I have been using Intuit products for years, both Quicken and Turbo Tax. These are reliable and easy to use products. Generally my taxes are pretty straight forward. Turbo Tax makes sure that I do not miss any deductions and makes filing my taxes easier. All in all I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future and continue to recommend this product to my friends.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use, transfers previous tax returns data
What's not so great: Did not have much information on how to handle NJ Inheiritance tax

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I rarely get a refund (do to my own miscalculations), but I have peace of mind that I completed my taxes honestly.
What's great about it: TurboTax links you to resources if you need detailed info on a tax question.
What's not so great: None

I have used it for 5years & every year it gets harder to use as I am NOT a experienced computer user. many of the words & questions I didn't fully understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a lot of trouble moving my info from old computer to new. Your help was very little help to me.
What's great about it: Guided me thru
What's not so great: had a hard time getting started

As in the past 95% of the step by step questions appropriately led me to the end of this annual task. However the update feature would not work after many attempts and varied searches online and elsewhere for help. Only after an attempt to uninstall the whole program did a box and option appear to repair TruboTax. Fortunately I decided to try the repair before reinstalling the whole application. The updates would then work.
What's not so great: Would not update and no troubleshooting advice available

Turbo tax is easy to use if you are familiar with doing taxes. The support people are courteous and very helpful. Wait time for support is very good.
