Overall a straightforward way to get thru the complicated tax forms.
What's great about it: Great questions to get bthru the return
What's not so great: Difficult to get info transmitted directly into software

The Turbo Tax program worked well but it took many hours to be able to install the program on my system (OS Windows Pro 10).
What's great about it: Easy to use. Good explanations.
What's not so great: Took many trials and searches just to install the program.

This was the first year that I filed as a single. Previously I had filed a joint return with my wife who has now passed.
What's great about it: As usual, it was very though process
What's not so great: Some portions were a bit confusing because I was unfamiliar with the terminology
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

The program has always been easy to use. I'm grateful that the forms were included back into the programming this year. I don't know why your company ever thought taking away the forms was a good idea, but obviously the company fixed that problem.
An area that needs to be improved is including the e-filing of at least one state in the cost of purchasing Turbo Tax Deluxe. We're in a technology driven society and to charge additional fees to consumers to file their taxes electronically is absurd.
What's great about it: The step by step method and the links that offered further information
What's not so great: The additional cost to file state taxes. E-filing should include Federal and at one State with the purchase of Deluxe
