My return is pretty simple but I really like the Turbo Tax interface. Everything is very easy. My refund came back very quickly last year.

Great program

I have been using TurboTax for years to do my taxes. it makes my life simple. once I receive my w2(s) I am good to go and it takes maybe 30 minutes at most (unless you do it while distracted lol)
What's great about it: Makes doing my taxes very very quick and easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Really disappointed that you decided to start charging for state. Will have to look at other options next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and transfer from prior year is great
What's not so great: No free state tax filing this year

I've been using their product for over 10 years. I feel more confident with my return than doing it myself. It's cheaper than going to an accountant.

My go-to Tax Prep Software

I love TurboTax - I have been using it for years now. I find it so easy to use but I've had issues the last two years with Quicken imports so I've switched to just inputting the data - no big deal and that actually gives me a chance to double-check my numbers and entries. I can't envision using any other program to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to input
What's not so great: Doesn't always correctly import

Love Turbo Tax

Had a few life and work changes but filing taxes was still a no hassle experience and got a return. Life is good!
