Great product...again

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now and continue to find it simple to use and filled with additional online and software based help to assist in completing your return. I am also glad to see the return of the Capital Gain and Loss worksheets to the Deluxe version, the way it always was before last year's change. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Import prior year info, import financial information
What's not so great: Search for and load of updates still a bit slow

Have used Turbo Tax for years, wouldn't file any other way.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Better Every Year

For more than 50 years, I completed tax returns the pencil and paper way. Turbo is quicker, and I seldom have questions about the amounts Turbo obtains. Seems to get easier every year, and I like that the amounts from past years are listed.
What's great about it: Easy to understand; quick to complete.
What's not so great: Having to page down on income, deductions, etc. page.

Ease my mind

The product was quick and easy to make corrections to errors. Some information you bring over may need to be removed. Keep an eye out on stuff like that.
I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years! Wow!
What's great about it: Quick and easy

Long Term Turbo Taxer

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15- 20 years. Not sure how long. Never had a problem. It has made me a savvy individual in terms of tax preparation and details. I have built upon that experience with reviewing IRS content and picking the brains of my CPA buddies. I feel that I have a good handle on my finances and how to proceed from year to year.
What's great about it: No Problems

Reliability -- Year After Year

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. During that time, I've dealt with a number of unusual tax situations. Each year, Turbo Tax has walked me through the process, dealt with each unique situation and handled the calculations accurately. Turbo Tax is great for the novice tax filer and the expert by offering easy navigation and explanations.
I believe that Turbo Tax alerts me to all possible deductions and credits so I continue to pay my fair share of taxes each year. I have every confidence in Intuit's TurboTax product.
What's great about it: Easy interview process, accurate calculations, features for both experts and novices
What's not so great: None
