Turbo Makes it Easy

it's a good product to use.but i think if you purchased the software for the deluxe version you should also get the state taxes e-filed for free too,like it was about 3 years ago.
What's great about it: fast process,didn't really have to do any guessing
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

the education section is very confusing - for example, you should advise someone who is not going to qualify for a credit due to income to put zero in the box - otherwise it causes you to pay taxes on your 529 withdrawals - this was not clear - in fact, it seemed to imply the opposite - I only figured it out when I read other people's complaints on line
What's great about it: love being able to work on it in small amounts and then go back and change things

Easy Return for First Time Homeowner

TurboTax was very easy to use. The questions were straight forward and the interface was clean and simple. I appreciated this as a new homeowner.
TurboTax also has a few sections where you can read up on what you are filling out which I found helpful in seeing if a certain tax or deduction applied to me.
With all the paperwork in front of me, I was done with my return in about 2-3 hours.
