Need to fix program updates.
I have to manually update the program files twice and had to call tech support to update my state tax program files to continue the state tax part. I had to do another manual file program update before it would let me e-file my taxes.
What's great about it: I like the guiding help feature
What's not so great: I had a horrible time with updating program files

I have used other software in the past, but turbotax sets the bar for everyone else. By far the best, and gets better every year.

MUCH EASIER THIS YEAR TO PRINT RETURN BEFORE TRANSMISSION, BUT THINK YOU COULD SIMPLIFY THIS EVEN MORE BY CLEARLY POSTING THE OPTON WITHOUT HAVING TO MANEUVER SO MUCH.
What's great about it: REALLY LIKED THE 'UPPER RIGHT CORNER BOX S TO USE FOR QUESTIONS
What's not so great: "BACK" BUTTONS OFTEN TOOK ME BACK SEVERAL PAGES WHEN i ONLY WANTED THE LAST PAGE VISITED.

I give TurboTax five stars - except for the printing portion. I know I don't really need to save all the pages that were the default of the program. But, I don't know what I "need" to save. That would be something to work on. Love how in a lot of areas where there are options to a question TT says "not common". Namely, most people don't do that. VERY helpful!!! Been a TT user for over five years now and I will again next year!
What's great about it: Efficient, easy, thorough
What's not so great: Printing return - too many pages
