Turbo Tax

Love the comparison from last year to this year, but didn't explain a change that occurred - I had to go to the website questions area to find out why - should have been a link in the program with the explanation.
I discovered last year that it doesn't do my state return correctly - TT told me I owed, but when I filed online with my state's free filing, I got a refund.

Always takes the stress out of filing

What's great about it: The descriptions and answers received are very informative and helpful
What's not so great: I should have thought of this product first.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
