I have used Turbo Tax for about the last 5 years and have never had any problems, and have always received a good return!
What's great about it: Very user friendly!
What's not so great: Audit Protection is expensive..

OK I like Turbo Tax. I have used it for years. I like the comfort of the software (user friendly)
I use it at my own pace. I can take days, weeks, or months to finish.
Turbo updates often to keep up with new laws
What's great about it: do it yourself, at own pace, home in pjs with cocoa

I've been using TurboTax since I started paying taxes, I love how simple and straight forward it is. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to import my info from last year like I usually did even though I bought the software.
What's great about it: Love how simple it and quick it is to input everything
What's not so great: I couldn't load my return from last year without buying the software even though I had already bought it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Phenomenal Product

I have used Intuit TurboTax for at least six years. This year's software worked flawlessly, seemed more intuitive to my needs, and provided unexpected suggestions to increase my deductibles during the process. I am very thankful for you, TurboTax. You make each tax season much less stressful for me!
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Intuitive, excellent explanations of items in all categories

I have been doing my own taxes since I was 16 (now 55) and it has never been easier than it is now with turbotax. I have been using it for years, My taxes are not extremely complicated but I do itemize deductions and have a few investments. As long as you have the information to enter all you do is answer the question and turbo tax walks you through everything.
What's great about it: Easy to use
