Easy to use.

This tax program was very easy to use. I like the format of the software as it made it very easy to use. I may not have totally liked the outcome this year but I do like the software. I will be using TurboTax for my taxes from now on.
What's great about it: Very easy to use....walks you through the steps and maximized our return

Turbo Tax is Soooooo Easy to use

Having worked for IRS for a number of years, I know what happens to people who don't file their returns. With Turbo Tax, it takes all the headache out of manually plowing through a 1040 and various schedules line by line, trying to interpret the IRS jargon and seemingly conflicting instructions.
Turbo Tax takes all the data you input, applies all the tests and calculations to meet the current IRS regulations and then searches for and finds any additional deductions you might be eligible for.
I would never, voluntarily, return to completing our returns manually again since it takes several weeks of aggravation out to the mix, instead preparing your return in an afternoon (assuming you've assembled all your necessary data). This tool deserves an A+ in my view.
What's great about it: Step by step takes you through all aspects of income and deductions.
What's not so great: Importing Charitable Deductions could be easier to accomplish..

Great help from Tax Expert

The second person I talked to was knowledgeable and ready with the answer. The first person fairly quickly determined that my question was beyond her level.
What's great about it: This was the first time I had to go to your tax advisors for help, it was great.
What's not so great: The wait on hold was a bit long.

Taxes Easily Done

Did both Federal and State from beginning to e-filing, saving and printing in 2 hrs 15 minutes. Fantastic.
The tabs and corresponding paths were simple; the questions were easy. This is my 16th year doing turbo tax.
None Better.

Generally good

I would like to print individual forms from the forms section. I don't like keeping all the worksheets. I wanted to print just the schedule A and B from forms but couldn't. Even though I couldn't use schedule A this year I would like to print it for my records so I can compare for next year. It isn't necessary to keep all the forms you show, as worksheets and things you don't file for this year that you did file last year.
Your IT guys did a better job this year of making it like it used to be, just DON'T screw with it for next year.
What's great about it: Guides pretty well

Have been using TurboTax for 10 years. Instructions are easy to understand. I like doing my taxes in the comfort of my home, when I have time. I feel confident with the end results of my filing.

Excellent for a Family and Multiple Returns

Clean interface easily loaded. Makes doing my taxes and my step kid's taxes straight forward. The systematic approach gives confidence that the taxes are complete.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Helpful information with ability to carry basic information from year to year
What's not so great: Nothing that comes to mind

thrift store donation section unable to use your pre set selections - system would not let me enter amounts-had to back out and price items myself.
What's not so great: no link to explain codes needed to file 1099- what is job number??
