I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it to be easy to use and is very through and complete. It covers virtually all situations for the average taxpayer and assures accuracy of my tax submission

Helped when I needed it!

Seems that the turbo tax is very helpful to users! Each year it becomes more involved and the IRS caused a problem for us with sending out a letter with the IP PIN on it for 2014 Tax Return. Then we got a second letter a month later stating the IP PIN on the January letter was actually for the 2015 Tax Return and to use it. That caused us a lot of trouble as we went to IRS to get another number issued and ended up placing the wrong number on this year's tax IP PIN Federal Information Worksheet. We filed the form and ended up with all three tax forms rejected (A first for me). Thank you for assisting me to re-file the tax forms with your help and not costing us more! Bebe
What's great about it: Thorough coverage of tax!
What's not so great: Wish there was a phone number for assistance from Turbo Tax.

Using TurboTax and Quicken has made tax preparation fairly easy.
What's great about it: Using it each year makes taxes pretty simple
What's not so great: I think State should be Free as well as Federal

What's not so great: I didn't like having to scroll down with my mouse on every page just so I could click the "continue" button.

Overall, Turbotax is a great product,
What's great about it: Easy to use. The guided is easy to follow.
What's not so great: I purchased a CD this year. I used the online software last year. My prior year return information was not transferred.

Happy with results

I had good information to work with to help me go through all possible exceptions to my tax return. Too lengthy and had to go through lots of tax information I did not need but was altogether very helpful at the end of my tax return. Will continue to use Turbo Tax next year as I have in the past 10 years. Seems every year it gets more difficult to understand but glad I use this application.
What's great about it: Learning experience
What's not so great: Very long, too much information
