One Payment Issue needs to be addressed.

When I went to pay the State E-file the pop-up screen that appeared could not be enlarged. I have a new Microsoft Surface Book Computer running Windows 10 and I could not enlarge the screen and it made it very, very difficult to read and input the required info. I don't know if it is a software issue or my issue because I am new to this computer.
What's great about it: Great Tax preparation program!
What's not so great: Had one issue this year that never occurred in prior years.

User Interface Improvement

Eliminating data erasure referenced in Pros above is a major improvement for a frustrating problem.
Uncertainty of next user required input on some pages possibly a minor problem for new Turbo Tax users. Not a problem in my case since I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have lived with an improving product all along.
What's great about it: Corrections to previous sections of TurboTax now doesn't erase previously entered information in following sections.
What's not so great: Still some pages where required user input a touch uncertain.

11th Year and Gets Beter Every Year

When I was saving my PDF view of my return I noticed that this is my 11th Turbotax filing in a row.
It seems to go quicker every year.
What's great about it: Loads all of the data from last year - Saves allot of data entry
What's not so great: None That I know of

Turbo Tax brings peace of mind and confidence that I am getting the best outcome on my filing, whether it be a refund or the lowest payment owed. I know that all information is the latest with frequent checks for updates. I feel comfortable using the help and support when I am confused or unsure. I know that it will pick up any mistakes I have made and work with me until I get it right. I am prepared with all of the necessary documents that I have kept throughout the year and never feel panicked when asked for a particular amount spent because Turbo Tax has taught me through the years what information is important for filing. I love that I can always go back and correct something that I skipped over. Filing on line is hassle free and quickly finishes the task that many people dread all year! I, on the other hand, feel I have really accomplished something with the guidance and reliability of Turbo Tax..
What's great about it: I like the fact that I can look back at the former year to refresh my memory as to what information I need.
What's not so great: Some terminology used was unfamiliar regarding items like what type of pension I had

Great Progam

I have been using TurboTax since the 80's since it first came out. You accually had to use the original tax form to fill in the number. You guys have come a long way. I just love using this program. Thanks, Klauschen

Turbotax Deluxe

My tax situation changed so I was unsure of the filing process, but Turbotax deluxe made the experience less painful. The community is very helpful in helping you understand what is being asked so that you can input the right information. Overall, using Turbotax has been a great choice for me in doing mt taxes for 14 years.
What's great about it: It asks you every question in the book.
What's not so great: Need help from the community to get some of the answers.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
